I notice my pre-ordered not reduce to latest lower price, so I chat with one of the CS, that CS told me no price guarantee, I told her what you mean? They is a pre-ordered price guarantee. Later on she just refund me, still waiting on refund. (I think is new CS).

Also happened to me once few months ago since Amazon charge lowest price when shipped our parcel.

Bro Low, ahhhh I usually hate UPS but sometimes you just can't avoid Amazon using this service. The courier service that handle UPS in Kuching is Norman Courier Service, the office behind the water board Kuching at Jalan Batu Lintang. Expect some delay If it ships today I think you still might get the parcel deliver on Friday it everything goes smoothly One thing is that you can't trace your parcel after it arrive in KL like totally lose the track for around one and the half days or maybe 2 days.

anyway I read that Ben-Hur is not dispatched for some readers here. I already got the thing already on last Thursday night

VAT is still there, that Amazon UK site something wrong, it show 0.00 but you use your calculator count then you know it is less than actual price in final checkout.

Thanks to let me know. Those delayed in Ben-Hur mainly because we add some items before shipping date. Since when you order in Amazon for more than 1 item, Amazon will ask you to group those item or ship as soon as possible with extra charges. Normally, I believe we will chose to group items together. Previously, even you chose group items together, Amazon will still ship you parcel as soon as possible, but now seem like Amazon want cost saving lo. Amazon group my parcel from September 27 to October 4 together and ship on October 4. Haizzz....

For Ben-Hur, I actually never watch this movie before or even heard before. First time heard it when the pre-order is avaiable.

So in other words, i-parcel is crap for standard shipping while UPS is for priority....
btw, does amazon still utilizes i-parcel for its standard shipping nowadays?

For my understanding, majority local couriers service in my town is crap. Even DHL also about the same. Parcels fron Singapore shipped directly to my town at early morning (8am to 9am) will take them more than 1 day and only next day their will deliver to you. Flight from Singapore to my town usually only take 2 to 3 hours only.

I know this movie long long time ago................... but.... I never own any before. I seen once at friend house.

As I know the journey take less than 1/2 hour from Singapore custom to JB town .

most of my recent orders from amazon, including ben-hur limited edition are shipped by i-parcel. It is ok for me because i-parcel = free shipping.

For normal edition of BD, slow shipping may = free shipping. But for limited edition BD, slow shipping may become missing parcel -> no replacement since out of stock. In that case, refund is only option.

Isnt tht good news? U are not being charged VAT?

they deduct the price when u placed your order...but not mention under VAT part......that only my experience with Amazon UK last week

Yeap... Exactly....The price they quote u excludes VAT... If u ship to UK or EU addresses then u'll see something at the VAT section...
