V 13 oledi? am gonna celebrate by placing my BD oders tonite....

need some advice here.....am sure someone here have encountered such problem before.... i ordered 6 BD from amazon uk on the 6th.... on the 10th all was despatched out to me.... today i receive an email stating that i have requested to return the shipment.... i havent even received it and i did not make any request to return them...what should i do? email them or just ignore the email? cheers

my gut feeling telling me that they never even send this shipment out... i ordered 6 BD and they sent it in 2 shipments. 5 BDs in one shipment and 1 single piece in another......both shipment sent out a day apart.... and it didnt surprise me at all that THEY decided to cancel/return and refund me as i believe the shipment was not sent out....
the time line for the event as follows:

06 Jul - order placed for 6 BD
09 Jul - 5 BDs packed and ready to be sent out. No cancellation allowed. 1 BD still pending and cancellation allowed.
10 jul - single BD shipment sent out! (this really surprises me as they initially didnt indicate it as ready to be shipped out, anyway,,,good news)
11 jul - shipment of 5 BDs sent out.
13 Jul - receive the cancellation notice and credit note for the single BD shipment.....

Well. Apparently royal mail returned the shipment to amazon for god knows what reason but tgen again, am not buying it. Haha.

My package from amazon uk is almost a week late.... Suppose to have arrived on the 1st aug.... What's the longest waiting time before i can safely say it is lost and i wont be seeing it....

My order placed on the 6th Jul... Sent out on the 11th Jul.... ETA 1st Aug... And today is 6th Aug..... Previous order arrived 10 days after theynsent the order out.... Btw, the sentbthis shipment via Royal Mail....

boss... one question... is the price stated on HMV include VAT? if yes, do they deduct the VAT for shipment to M'sia? am looking for online stores other than amazon uk.... been a pain dealing with them.... my shipment is 3 weeks over due... and now they are trying to refund instead of sending me new items... excuse being no stock but clearly indicate otherwise on their website..... sick of dealing with them... cheers....

Surprisingly they emailed me and they have added the item into my order and everything got dispatched today... And it didnt cost me anything extra.... Anyway, will wait for the package and see how... Cheers....

Yeap... Exactly....The price they quote u excludes VAT... If u ship to UK or EU addresses then u'll see something at the VAT section...
