And for you German readers, WHV has apparently confirmed that there is a problem with the German dubbed audio on the German LOTR: EE BD edition - a pitch correction issue that results in the track running too slow. The original English audio is unaffected. Corrected discs will be available starting on 8/1. If you have a copy of that version, you'll be able to send in your receipt to get the corrected discs, or simply wait until after 8/1 to purchase the set at which time the fixed version should be available.

Does the similar issue rises with the US edition?

That one is region locked.  Can't play in Region A player.  Yesterday, a bit lazy to convert to region free .ISO file.  Maybe, I will do it tonight and let you know.  But last time I watched Akira is more than 10 years ago.  Really don't have much memory for this movie. 

Sifu... mind to share how did you do that? What equipment is needed?

Just done simple preview (still lazy to watch yet) for Akira.  For PQ, I give 4.3 out of 5.  Considered quite good already since this is 1988 animation.

Got 2 languages, English and Japanese (both offer TrueHD 5.1) and English is default language.  English audio is sharper and Japanese audio is soft compared to English.  Runtime is 119 mins.  Disc size is 41,318,612,992 bytes.

That's all.  Cabut...

Same as usual (just like Paul).  This time, condition of steelbook is very good.  Only a very little dented (need to look carefully, otherwise will miss it).
