Wow, already V.13... bravo!! 

Just to share: watched Transformers: DSotM last night and like most comment here who have seen it - it's a "so-so" flick only, not a "wOw" fantastic nor a bad one. Can't expect anything more surely especially on the story/plot department but they've certainly pushed the envelope on the CGI!! (the efx save the movie for me...)

I don't get the jaw-dropping or raise-my-bulu-roma type of scene anymore    But overall a decent summer blockbuster to watch. Maybe it's because I went to a sh*tty cinema without any THX-equipped audio & small screen sumore (all the big-hall cinemas full house  ).

For me a 3.5 out of 5 only (same wif Andrew, if not mistaken) but the blu-ray version will definitely be in my shoplist nevertheless.... 

Why not try your luck.... see if your player is hackable to Region 0...?

THe DVD RG code be hacked, but I dont think BD could be hacked.

I only see 2 options, either sell it or get a B Region player, then you are open whole new horizon! 

Next time, just inform them item damaged and not need to describe too much.    Then their will refund all.  In fact, since PAUL already out of stock, it is pratically impossible to ask them to replace the case only.

Furthermore, Customer Service officers not necessary know or appreciate the customers since if not mistaken, Amazon actually ask some Indian company, or somewhere around there to handle their Customer Service.  At least, during after office hour in US or UK. 

Sometimes the label behind maybe wrong, if wrong, then you possible can play. But percentage is low.

If it already ship, then can't cancel, if not yet, communicate with Amazon customer service for cancelling.

If the shipment already ship, then either keep for future when cheap region Free BD player is out, or paid expensive for DUNE / OPPO player.

Another solution, put at lowyat forum selling, some user do have region B player.

I once bought a Region-Locked title from Amazon UK as well.

What I did was first to email their CS Dept. They agree to give me full refund, but I have to go through the hassle of returning the Blu-ray disc to them, following their instructions stated on their website.

Whether its worth the hassle or not will depend on the total value of the titles you want to refund. ;-)

if really no choice, just do what ANDREW suggest - sell it or keep it for future when MULTI-ZONE player available here.

I think my Green Lantern Emerald Knights with Figurine temp no hope, I ask from a forumer (he is that forum site developer) not eBay, but he so funny, saying you can take anytime you wish (as he seen I already get others title from different forumer in same forum), then I ask how much in total for Green Lantern Emerald Knights with Figurine + Baraka (he already show me this last month).... he never reply, he seems like must send separately. hmm....

He no reply, so I also stop asking him for the moment.

That's the good thing about eBay sellers, sometimes they will consider your offer. Probably the seller you tried to contact is on vacation kot. Keep asking him again, he might reply you one day
