You are right, but also need to consider properly if you want the comfort of an inspira or dont mind a little harsher ride with an 18", its just about getting used to the harsher ride after the 18", but looks way better. honestly 18" gives the look it really deserves, so decide properly,

Paragraph 1... U mentioned it uses 1st gear.. Do you mean u switch to manual mode and left it at gear 1?

Paragraph 2... For CVT, leaving it in Auto mode means it will auto shift itself or rather slowly changing ratios to match the intended speed based on the drivers respond to the accelerator in the given time while trying to maintain a reasonable fuel consumption. In your case you kept pressing the accelerator and the CVT assumes you want to gain speed and will change the ratios accordingly.

Driving a conventional Auto will also upshift the gears when it reaches the top rpm for the particular 'gear'

Revs from 500 rpm to 1000 rpm around there.

I asked my SA he said inspira below 5k mileage is normal to have revs like that. The guy meant revving about 1cm i guess ? coz mine rev about 1cm when I reverse can hear the engine sound reving.

Is it normal that some noise from the gear box can be heard as you accelerate? The noise is similar to water boiling sound.

haiya..dont scare him la...cold starts will have diesel like engine sound 1, completely normal

Ckk edi answered all the question above which is quite similar to everyone. I will let you know that I'm just like you ... I don't trust Proton at all but after getting Inspira 2.0p I checked everything my car has no defects .... defects are all depend on luck, even H&T has defect vehicles is normal for all the other brand. I'm a satisfy owner of inspira, well temporary still havent find any problem with my car.
