I more concern how big is the Mall in whole project and which 5 star Hotel will come in????

I'm going to their invitation at cyberjaya today.see how it works..

500k for 950sq/ft duplex..its very expensive but hey,just give a look 1st..

Not bad,now they do big2 promote on eclipse phase..got the discount calculation from RM 777,xxx until RM574,xxx for duplex corner unit.There are..

RM2K discount
10% for bumi (1st time buyer)
10% rebate
After completion they will giving back the booking fee RM5K and also RM3k per month for 12 month (in this context,free installment for 1 year,topup if needed)
Progression fee developer try to help by giving total RM18K.Where total fee is about RM25K(so we just add up RM5k for that along the progression stage)
To be complete on 2018
HDA compliance

Free kitchen cabinet bottom and up
Free 4 unit of a/c
2 Carparks
Duplex come with two doors,upper and lower level.(not sure about others duplex.. )

and also free food and drinks.

P/S:I talked with two visitor there about their opinion too and i just known they are cash buyer,very low profile..

for my ownstay of coz.i like the simplicity of duplex,not much item and also easy to decorate.
later if old enough (married with kids and all) then can sell/rent it buy landed house.
now still single lorr..

what to do,if price so high also ppl can't buy so throw price lor..

would like to share personal opinion here.
actually, at first i prefer to buy tropicana garden but can't keep up to the price which is already 1200/sqft. When checking onsite mirage by the lake, i can see OSK end product quality is good, so i bought eclipse, i think price is still acceptable hoping that eclipse product will be of high quality as well. Personally, i don't like cheap property considering the low quality and low end community.

osk mall will take a while to build and the tenants should target middle class considering the community in cyberjaya, can't guess much about this it all depends on osk decision and cyberjaya growth in future. But, i believe it won't fail, minimum performance should be like tropicana city mall.

Im a buyer of solstice. I received a late interest letter by osk too. U need to check with the lawyer on whose mistake.. So far my lawyer gave me a chronology n told me the disbursement was late due to developer late payment of stamp duty causing the slow process of bank paying the developer. Ive scan a copy of chronology n emailed to developer admin dept but no news. If this is the case we will not be liable to pay developer becos of their own slow process.

Yeah,i see that too..just last Jan 2014 they start contruct the soltice,now already 35th over floor..

Last month eclipse already start piling,fight2 with the mutiaraville side by side..
