btw, apparently emira buyers wont have their carparks listed out in the SPA n will only find out when EMIRA VPs..

There is a unique surprise element that comes with every OSK purchase.. apparently, Pangaea buyers are subject to the same scrutiny as well..

supposed to be.. one of the buyers just informed me.. mus call the SA tomoro n ask.. we will have to pay for the maintenance for this accessory parcel n would expect to at least know that its not tandem..

(to the other folks, this is about Emira, shah alam n not pangaea)

Update about Emira: the SA informed wrongly.. the carpark location will be informed n will be part of the SnP..

Tropicana garden different league with Pangaea but TG might struggle being a high density leasehold project.

Yes although MBTL got some defects n all, the overall product is pretty good (mostly cos of Seksan's work). Pangaea mall needs to be bigger to attract people from elsewhere to visit. Small malls tend to fail unless they wanna do pure FnB which might not work out unless they can target 'real' non chain food tenants.
