Someone reviewed OSK props FB page and this is their reply:
Hello William,

As an established developer who strives to create value for our customers, we take our responsibilities towards all of you and homebuyers/purchasers devotedly, and shall remain steadfast at maintaining the enthusiasm moving forward.

As such, we have taken into account the complaints & concerns raised and have decided to review the entire concept of remaining phases of Pan’gaea. After much discussion and deliberation, our management have decided to maintain Phase 4 with components such as hotel suite, shop-offices and retail shops.

Our vision for Phase 5 remains the same which is to maximise value creation for our customers. Due to its importance to Pan’gaea, we ensure that deep thought is given and extensive market research is conducted in order to produce the ideal concept. This process requires time and substantial resources be invested from us to develop the most suitable commercial concept and related elements to ensure each component complements one another and will be able to derive the best value possible for Pang’aea and all our homebuyers/purchasers.

There is so much we would like to share and engage with you about, hence we are in the midst of organising a buyer update session and all will be notified soonest possible.

yeah, but i like the term hotel suite tongue.gif it's jus more residential apartments.. but yeah, cyber has too many malls etc but people on th cyber thread can't seem to agree with me tongue.gif i think OSK chickened out when they saw the tenant list of IOI City and the potential that it will take away from Cyber malls

I think Tune hotels n Citadines opening could have affected their decision to set up a hotel. Both the above mentioned hotels might rein in serious competition to Pangaea's hotel.

Renovations on the Pan’gaea Show Village are now complete. A new show unit for the Loft Suite is also ready.

ya hotel suites will be the best way to EXIT pangaea for OSK.. true commitment would be setting up the hotel and making it swiss garden hotel etc..

funny thing though.. they dont really have many upcoming projects after Emira in KV.. projects in N9 n kedah still got la.. are u a buyer of eclipse or solstice?
