Yes i think metroparks mall also not feasible. Pangaeas problem is the mall is WAY too small.. the bigger the better.. pangaea can only try to be a food mall but duno wthr cyber ppl wanna spend so much on food or not.

Pangaeas mall will nt even be comparable to dpulze.. cyber too many small malls n empty studios coming up. good luck mall operators smile.gif smile.gif

Maybe they shld name it Atria Cyberjaya

If they can attract verve MK kind of tenants then will be the best for the mall la biggrin.gif biggrin.gif or even mid end FnB n convenience stores, banks etc will be good for the CBJ crowd. All these mall guys shld hv built large malls when they still could, now too late cry.gif cry.gif

Ya avoid shoplot, mall sound nicer. shoplot let investor manage like tamarind brows.gif

Very few if any shopping mall or multiple retail shop below apartment in msia can only depend on the apartment above.. sure bankrupt.. If depend on 2km radius with a lot of apartment n college like MMU, then its doable..

For now, only the southern portion of MMU is within 700m of pangaea which might still be too far for premium food.. cyberia crowd can be a major boost for the mall as well..

Many diff ppl already mention n still u bliv its only the outsiders who hv noticed cyber probelms..

lakefronz not even a mid end condo as the facade n design of 10+ blocks facing each other is a MAJOR NO NO.Added with pr1ma project, btr jus buy the pr1ma if eligible or avoid it.
