From what i know, most buyers pull out due to loan issue, 2nd they let them forfeit 1k (if i remember correctly) and pull out..decide not to buy..i guess..

All rejection units are due to loan rejection only. No hidden units and released one by one to market. Every unit is different individual.

hmm..overpriced..i can think of...to me a definitely no-no for investment...since CBJ got plenty of other developments if really wanna invest in CBJ...

I am interested with this project. How ever i wonder why Cyberjaya is the main venue because there's nothing in Cyberjaya.

Only students and expats would like to stay in these apartment.

1. Does this Free hold or Leased hold?
2. This is phase 2, and haven't launching yet right?
3. Phase 1 is where, already sold out i guess?

Cyberjaya now will be the next potential place other than Klang Valley. Actually u can noticed by some indication of shopping malls, fast food, esp Starbucks and McD opening there, plus banks..that place will be occupied very soon. Of course, the design and reputable developer is essential for a project.

Just want to find out, do osk accept credit card as progression payment if I want to pay in cash due to 70% LVR?
