Everyone do not support it but who keen to enforce it?
The seller wants to sell 10x higher and still got buyer. There is no problem about it. Buyer that cannot afford and keeps on complaining. That is a problem. |

QUOTE(wanted111who @ Aug 30 2012, 09:36 PM) seems like it happen to osk property, Mirage also facing same fate.... why they pull out anyway do u know? From what i know, most buyers pull out due to loan issue, 2nd they let them forfeit 1k (if i remember correctly) and pull out..decide not to buy..i guess..Added on August 30, 2012, 9:43 pmI guess it had to do with 50% of the unit that suddenly vanish before they launch. and it was slowly introduce back to the market , and 2 posibility:- a - OSK wish to gauge the market potential and gain max profit by releasing unit they hid one by one back to market b - It is as suggested by other, so called VVIP sapu it all , then reintroduce them back to market |

All rejection units are due to loan rejection only. No hidden units and released one by one to market. Every unit is different individual.

Hi all,
I am interested with this project. How ever i wonder why Cyberjaya is the main venue because there's nothing in Cyberjaya. Only students and expats would like to stay in these apartment. 1. Does this Free hold or Leased hold? 2. This is phase 2, and haven't launching yet right? 3. Phase 1 is where, already sold out i guess? |

QUOTE(soraya.adam @ Sep 26 2012, 11:42 AM) Hi all, Cyberjaya now will be the next potential place other than Klang Valley. Actually u can noticed by some indication of shopping malls, fast food, esp Starbucks and McD opening there, plus banks..that place will be occupied very soon. I totally understand that. I just want to make sure it can be within my budget. I dont want to give you a empty hope.
Just want to find out, do osk accept credit card as progression payment if I want to pay in cash due to 70% LVR? |
