James, this project got DIBS so the progressive payment is absorb by the developer. Correct me if i am wrong anyone.

But you are require to pay minimum booking 3% of the price unit that you choose, plus booking (RM 5000).

What i heard the price per square feet is RM650.

There fore if you took the smallest unit (450sq)

RM650 * 450 = 292500

Booking = RM5000

Downpayment 3% = 8775

Final downpayment is = 8775 - 5000 = RM3775.00

That's it i think, then once you got the keys only you start paying the installment ....

but if the bank willing to loan you only 70% or less. you have to fork up this amount to the dev.

That is why I raise the concern will progression of 30-50% pay using credit card?

Progressive payment can be paid by credit card PROVIDED purchaser bear the 2% charges.

Can the dev absorb the charge? Or offer lesser rate?
normal merchant available in the market is charging 2%. I believe big time dev is getting special rate from the bank.

Just wonder what does it mean by "exclusive preview". Seems like every TDH can also drop by to view the project?

Anyway, some info I got:

1 bedroom, 2+1 bedroom duplex, 3 bedroom
Cash back RM8,888 + 7% rebate
Fully furnished, free SPA + loan, DIBS
Price from RM295k (not sure before or after the discount)
Btw, VVIP 1st "exclusive preview" is 6-7 Oct

Price still ok I guess but the number of units is higher compared to Skypark. Is it over 900++ units?
