dbkl lake garden/park is next to pv12,  tesco is between lake garden and pv10. giant is opposite festival city mall (facing sri rampai), behind the motorcycle shop (near traffic light) - a new access road will be open

festival city shops/restaurant/cafe facing the lake (alfresco area) will be very nice view

no, the golf course owner refuse to sell the land, so far will stay put.
Tesco will be behind the golf course - 2 entrances - one facing pv10, one at jl langkawi.

i think PV will build more phases here.
phase 6 will be the last condo with wall fencing with comon condo living, future PVs will have similar concept as phase 7 which are open concept, (shop below) - internal roads will be interconnected.

which concept do u prefer? 
and good to own a condo shop here?

i think pv20 is good for own stay as other newer phases (eg 7..9 etc) will be on open system (mean shops will be beneath the apartment and open to public and very chap), more over new phases will be on commercial title-- higher assessment fee n utilities.

pv20 is the only "gated" condo in that area. (same as pv10)

i'm hoping they would actually attempt to build a bridge to festival city to complete the whole lake city project

i called the offices and they mentioned that the project will handover end-April pending assessment fess calculation from dbkl i think
rather than sell, i am planning to stay

need more renovation experts to help out

which wall can knock down and which cannot for example

I received VP letter yesterday and key collection can be arranged from 15 May14.

Update: called and booked a spot for key collection. 10 customers an hour (6 minutes each?) for key collection
