yes, 1,333 is the smallest unit, i suppose they have the sanest designs.

1473 sqft ones have the most stupidest of all designs. if u like it, means u hate kitchens lol

no matter, the design sucks = sucks

no clean separation by the developer, everything they just leave open (which is good for some, bad for some)

balance until suck, master and bedroom 2 and 3 same size. why don't they put another toilet beats me. 3+2 nia

1473 u can build humongous kitchen, but who the heck who buys pv has 50k to do the kitchen only?

Yeah. The design is nice, compared to the previous phases. But in terms of quality, bad ler. Breaks down very often. 

What type of unit type is yours? Mine is Type B1.

Wanna have TT too. You guys bad ler. Always talk about the pool and other facilities and g88 always take good pictures of the whole building. 

Never visited any of the facilities. Only from my 1st floor parking then zoom to my unit.

Hope all the users in this PV20 LYN forum will be great committee. PV13 has a strong committee. Always go around the building to check for problems. They even changed the lobby entrance into full tempered glass. Must learn positive things from previous phases.

see the stupiak 1473 design. hall big like nobody business, 3 rooms looks the same size, only 2 toilets, kitchen weird layout, big pillar block kitchen, door knob low until midget also need to bendover, so many agents allowed in to open store like pasar malam, grill design so ugly, yard to corridor can jump through...

Anyone have contact with an agent who are willing to take half price?

Finally visited the swimming pool.

Concerns:

1. Man, who are those designers? Sharp edges on swimming pools? Oh my. Someone is gonna get hurt real bad soon.

I know it is a very special idea to have Jacuzzi at the pool but other than ideas, where are those safety measures?

2. And also, why is the Tadika (Kindergarten) so near to the pool? Isn't it dangerous for minors?

For the first concern - Are we allowed to report to the developer as it is something seriously need to be looked in to.

LOL. Yup rented a house. 

I know I am a tenant but that pool is a public facility for tenants so, will they take necessary actions towards our action? And from what we learn as a Malaysian and understanding over Malaysian culture, one complaint will not be taken seriously unless the complaint comes from a victim of developer's negligence.
