That's true. That's why MCF was around for so long since the existence of PV and their contractors are plentiful.

2. they go the extra mile
3. i change stuff many times and they soak it all in
4. workmanship i have not 1 complain
5. very reasonable, not everything also count
6. free repair my developer problems like cracked tiles and cracked doors and grout unfilled
i used them and very impressed

Anybody plan to sell their unit in pv20? Plan to buy for my own stay. Preferable that is fully renovated already. But if just the basic renovation done also will do.
By the way how much will it cost to fully renovate pv20?
