Have to register bcoz cannot tahan all d nonsense lately.
Mpsham ur advice is really so shallow it's really an insult to our intelligence. Stuff like buy with your brain and not your heart is like rtm drama where old father telling girl not to marry the handsome guy. If the girl is love so be it lah. Why so susah hati about other people love? We don't fall in love everyday u know.
The wisest comment so far r really from golden mouse. He covered all the main points that are vital. Kudos to the mr English not so good but your brain is laser accurate. It's so refreshing compared to this mpsham(mr wannabe property guru) empty talk.
The only thing I want to add is that whats important is the mc that is formed to run x2 must be a wise and competent lot. If u get guys like mpsham as chairman then sure koyak.

Dont know about usj one. But if u google "emerald hill"' the 4th or 5th search result under wikimapia, u will get the comments in bm very dashyat.

I don't think I can bear to meet sylly bear. It would be unbearable.

Once upon a time, there were three sylly bears.
The first slyly bear bought a terrace house. When the big Black wolf came,there were no guards so terus masuk and the slyly bear kena makan by the wolf.
The 2nd bear bought tpp gated community. When the black bear reach the guard,he just wave at Nepal guard who just open gate. So bear no 2 also kena makan.
The 3rd bear bought condo with auto barrier and intercom. When the bear reach guardhouse,guess what-tak boleh masuk. So the black wolf have to go elsewhere to curi besi buruk.

It's not phobia,just fed up kena bantam by a sylly bear.

Now our favourite dish is bearkuteh.
