You are 100% right! Putting super cheap finishes also can't cover the potential and buzz it has already created (not to mention profit to owners too!)  One thing i've learnt: Location, potential and "wongness" takes much more weightage than floor tiles! 

Exactly. Affordability is the biggest issue or else everyone would like a 5 storey bungalow with 2 swimming pools with heated pool, a 12 feets jacuzzi, a full facilities gym, 18 holes golf, a cinema, a personal electric train running in the house etc. ehhhh actually this is my dream    

I am wondering how affordable is that... how much it is to have a landed house with g&g with full club facilities? And I guess it will be expensive to maintain as well.... now you to maintain a landed house + the additional of club and maintenance condo.

hi all X2 owners good news to all of you, I just notice that the price of X2 went up again now selling rm280psf.
Another good news is block A built up to level 16 and even block B started the construction already.

In my opinions , X2 area will growing once it is ready. However , talk about The Wharf. Just heard that they progress quiet slow due to bad payment to the site construction workers. Dont know this is true or not... just to share ya.. if offended someone.. please dont mind ya.. all of us will hope TPP will keep growing so we can earn more $$$$ ...anyhow , X2 is for my own stay  ahha!
