X2 surrounded by future phases by developer. Next door is plenitude new link house project. X2 totally surrounded by development project lah.

Bryan,don't think ur so great n we all so dumb.
Many types of investment. Some prefer landed some prefer strata. Guys buying here because of low price psf,it's their decision. Frankly,I think u should wait a few more years,learn more before u want to teach everybody. And don't get so angry,if people don't listen to you it's their decision. They maybe rite u know. |
