In areas like Bangsar,condos have overtaken landed in prices,eg one menerung. Even in tropicana,the Condos also cost more than terrace. A condo in tropicana grande costs $1.8m vs a secondary terrace about 850k.
So I believe if we r lucky,maybe flip at $900k to $1m(don't laugh lah) when completed. $400psf achievable,all other condo in puchong in $350 to $ 400 psf range already.
