Bought a unit of X2 today. Tomorrow confirmed price up RM30k.
We're hoping that the amenities tht is coming up will help price hike in the next 3 years.. hehe

I was thinking if I don't get the Block A unit at this launch, I will not get 2 swimming pools.. kiasu tongue.gif
Block B will only enjoy 1 pool (because there will be no rooftop pool deck).

LOL, yea. Actually, I am a TPP resident for a long time. I can assure you that 90% of residents here are Chinese (maybe due to the fact that Plenitude did not give 7% discount to Bumi). No sign of Mat Rempit, this road banyak mini roundabouts, not an ideal track for them to do the stunts. whistling.gif

Earlier Mango mentioned his friend used to see a group of foreigners lurking on the street, that to me is a pretty serious claim that could damage TPP reputation. Well yes, we can see some foreign workers wandering in the shoplots / 99 Speedmart buying stuff, they are construction workers nearby. As for within Taman itself, I am not being biased or telling fake facts because i stay there, ask other TPP residents as well - but seeing a group of foreigners walking in our Taman is very rare. My kiasu neighbour would have freaked out. If yes, someone would have called the security to get it sorted. At least it is so in my taman and my neighbouring tamans (4A 4B and 4C), not sure bout the phase near commercial shoplots. Maybe it does have a unit rented to foreign worker there. @Mango - your friend can get the community in his/her phase to get this sorted out - only if they pose a trouble tho

Yep, the pond is clean and similar to Tasik Prima, windy at times. There is an Indian temple next to the lake and my Sri Lankan security guard aka my friend stays near there. Occasionally can see some small open burning but not very often.

I booked 1 unit today. And the SA told me 99 years already approved. Between confirmed increase 30k tomorrow.

Is your purchase price affected by the RM30K adjustment? or are you lucky enough to escape the guillotin?

Can anyone update how many units left?
Looks like X2 is providing a real challenge for Plenitude next launch and the phase 8 sellers.

A few years down the road, the exit junction from TPP to main road will definitely be very jammed. Unless something is done, otherwise...

Block B still can enjoy the sky deck facility, but hv to walk over, use the lift and go up...wun feel so exclusive like Block A resident lor.

I think not bad as they r the same developer wif nusa putra and nusa rhu. They acquire the dev. land by cash, no bridging financer, no incumbrances.

Block A (not swimming pool view) just sold few unit but block A swimming pool view is almost fully sold.

Yep, the price has been increased by rm30k. Today I went to the showroom at 6pm. Those units facing swimming pool almost 90% sold. The opposite side also not bad. 70% sold. I guess block B will be opened very soon with further price increase.

I went to check today, woa.... Block A sold 7788 dy. Stay tune for Block B.


Really 'drop spectacle' for such a short 2 weeks time and location.

The unique selling point is the big layout.
Show unit not spectacular, but dam big.
Good buy for own stay....I would prefer 1800
sq ft with price around 500k make more sense.

X2 will not affect dsl house I think because it is 2 different segments. What I can see sub-sale for 8a slow down (not much agent call me now) probably because 8B is coming soon...The price still high. For intermediate lot, asking price still at 500k, that the last price offered to me. Honestly, 8B design look much better but what I know already go up to 650k for intermediate, still left few units from developer.

Heard 8B going to get key in Jan 2012...Sorry if I post this in wrong thread but for anything more on TPP 8a/8B go to their own threads.
