I'm new here. I heard from one of the SA mention that it going to increase 30K per unit start from this Saturday (8-Jul-2011) which is 7 days after they launch.

I'm going to visit the showroom tomorrow, will update here if I got any 'news' =)

Is your purchase price affected by the RM30K adjustment? or are you lucky enough to escape the guillotin?

Macho Dog, thanks for the advice. =)

Wolverine_lim, if HSBC locked you for 5 years, and you feel want to take the loan from them, try to ask for this BLR -2.45 as this has been told by one of the HSBC banker.

Agree with Macho Dog, but Wolverine_lim, it shouldn't be with MRTA because I ask the banker if BLR -2.45 will compulsory me to buy MRTA, his answer is no.... just wondering..

I'm applying CIMB now, still waiting for the loan status. As I compare few banks, the package is almost the same, I choose CIMB because the banker give the good service. biggrin.gif
