Just booked a semi-D during first visit last week, like the resort style concept although the layout of the semi-D is not perfect but the unit orientation n facing is vry good.

Visited the mozart show unit too, vry nice modern concept, the living room has an elevated view so the room is bright. Think many young couples like this concept (i m young too), tongue.gif

After plenty of research on paper, i finally visited Cyberjaya with some property gurus over the weekend.

GR - dont like the location, too near to Putrajaya.
SR - visited their sales gallery, layout is good but concept is not as good as SH.
SEG - dont like the left over units n can't wait for next launch but will look at it again nxt year.

Sales of SH is considered good although sales is not as fast as other developments, mainly bcoz of the larger unit size n higher quantum.

Some of the link units got 10% discount. Almost zero $ downpayment.

UEM is very stingy, they dont have nice broucher for the development, only cheapo leaflet....
