1.1M actually quite reasonable price compare with nowaday landed property price launching.
For those who interested, better take your cheque book go and put name in waiting list. I think those units that were book earlier the drop out rate should be high. Chances is still there. It is 1.1M loan not 110k. It is going to cost you around 5.5k per months for 30 years loan. Plus the maintenance, you need to fork out 6k per month.
