I think thw phase 1 ll be completed in march 2013 if accprding to schedule. How is the progress now?

think the progress is quite ok

I guess may be they were running out of brochure or changed management?!?! I had a few nice big booklets took earlier. During launching time they even gave out golf size umbrellas to everyone.

Then good things will spread ard trough mouths (you hardly see adverttisement from DPC). Unfortunately, SH is just a small unique development. It will not be able to lure visitors there to feel it (same like gita bayu, sieramas etc). So, SH can never be closed to DPC. But SEG has a chance as it has public amentities to let ppl to admire its unique concept and lakes there. Don't get me wrong, as i mentioned earlier, SH the development itself will beat many individual parcels in DPC, but it can't be used to compare DPC as a whole.

Too bad there are school nxt to SH... If the school replaced by high end G&G then it will be vry exclusive, lolz

Rumour that nadayu just bought the 2nd piece of land opp SH (south of tamarind sq).
Based on mutiara good year this developer track record - nadayu melawati (1 bungalow ~ Rm5mil+), high chances both of their lands will be HER again n their r just next to SH!
FYI - 1st piece of land is rifht opp MMU (intersection of P. Multimedia / P.Bestari).

If SEG managed to attractive ppl, dont forget that all development nearby r just like bro sister - the pricing r inter related to each other n all will go up together. Just like sunway spk n DPC as example.
Thats why i always emphasize, SEG, HSB (south of SEG), MCT lake front, Pangaea, nadayu, SH, SR > HER community. its going to be really interesting in near future once the effects come.

Sh side ll b a nice highend envlave eventually like wat soros kor said. I m not concern on the school but moreon the cyberia apartment at the back which start to rundown.

This is true. Symphony Hills land is too small. Desa ParkCity > 500 acres. It will not become like Desa ParkCity. But it is good for own stay.

Nowadays, it is hard to find > 500 acres land at good location.

I call it HER High End Residences, glad that brother acknowledged. Yeah.

Sunway SPK simply tag on Desa ParkCity only, nothing special.

For Cyberjaya, my top pick like Eco Glades, Mirage by the Lake & Symphony Hills are quite special. Each has its own idea, concept & design.

Wish there will be more special project for Cyberjaya. Like brothers & sisters. Like!

According to Tamarind Square website, NADAYU 99 is a residential development of 3-storey superlink, serviced apartments and condominiums... not high end development?

the high end developmenet is between Tamanrind Square and spot 10

nadayu 99 is mix dev like MCT Lake Front and Pangaea alike
