Getting keys next Tuesday... finally
The only thing concerns me now - have to move in late July no matter of what... so, not much time left for good ID and reno. Will get just basics done, we'll see...

Well Collected keys yesterday. Finishing is fine, no major defects spotted, just few really minor things. Beethoven area overall looks greener than it was when i've been there last time

You know... after reviewing photos made yesterday and discussing with my wife, I can say that Beethoven phase1 area is MUCH greener than ours :-/ Shouldn't it be ~ similar?

Bro, looks like they woke up and started new phase of gardening/landscaping. I see they are planting between houses, hopefully our part will get greener soon

Can say only about Beethoven. I think there are already 5-6 families living and couple dozens of houses under active renovation.

Still renovating Hopefully by late August/early September will move in

Okay, gentlemen A quick report on Beethoven after living here for 2 months:

Overall experience is really good for now. It's quiet, feels like a resort living. Though there is still undergoing construction nearby, it's not really disturbing or too noisy. Beethoven gardening staff are still working on landscape improvements, slow but steady. Also, I hope they will finalize that water treatment/pond cleaning, cause it's not looking good now, covered with aglae :-/

OperaHouse's gym and pool are good, but cafe has to improve A LOT, choice and quality of food there isn't at the level we expect.

At the moment, there are 9 families living here, and 2-3 houses under renovation, so we expect more people moving in soon.

Shopping @ groceries... Well, for now, there isn't much choice, but to drive to AEON @ Putrajaya or IOI @ Puchong, despite there are lot of small mini-marts/groceries, they don't provide variety of products/food we got used to. Hopefully, D'pulze will start to operate in next couple of months.

Eating out - no problem here, found few nice places to eat /w Middle-east cuisine, Chinese, etc.

EDIT: Oh, btw, i remember people talkin about lots of mosquitoes there. Not true. It's okay to walk in evening without covered with repellent But, generally, it'll be a good idea to install mosquito netting on windows/terrace doors

Uhm.. nope, this Saturday we weren't there. But yes, kids love it, when we attend clubhouse

Well, not sure how many expats bought houses here, but i think SH has such a potential to form a good community

Management is okay, responsive to requests, handles them fine
Security - well, i have no questions to them... so means they are good

Ghost town? Every evening I see quite a lot of people @ Shaftsbury or near Domain/Neo Cyberjaya area.
Please define what IS NOT a ghost town? KLCC // Bukit Bintang? - if so, then NO THANKS

I've not checked for western meals yet. Can tell you the best kebabs are in Sultan @ cyberpoint area, though interior is not fancy, but food is great (kebabs quality are on par /w Shisha Lounge @ Solaris MK)
As for lamb/biryani rice -> 1st floor @ Shaftsbury.. named "Diwani" or something like this
Chinese food - liked one @ Shaftsbury 2nd or 3rd floor

Nothing much... finalizing the issues rectification list for my house. As i said, nothing major, but whatever listed handover department does really well on handling.

Well, ponds are still in a bad condition... no improvements there
As for mosquitoes - closer to pond, more of them. Near my house - just few Already reported/requested fogging @ management, they promised to start doing it next week since

Don't know yet. Hopefully at least couple times/week

Well, can't complain. They patrol territory quite often, helpful when I ask something, majority of them able to speak English. Dunno, what else to say about them

1 family moved in recently, so total is 11 now, and 2 more coming by December, as far as i know
