Does anyone have update regarding expected VP data for Beethoven ph#2? Recently my wife been to SH and one of sales agents told her it's going to be "very soon, in few months". WTH? "few months" again? First we were told January, then March....

Nah, not in a hurry, but need some more or less reliable date of VP to plan stuff (btw, consider that we have no DIBS, so already paying interest, but have no use of property, right?). Just don't like getting brainf*cked One more thing is that i have 2 kids, supposed to go to Rafflesia int school this September. So basically we need to move in this August latest (+allow 2-3 mo for ID/furnishing)...

BTW, been to SH's cafe by swimming pool. IMHO, food quality is far from being perfect (we've tried curry chicken and veg spaghetti)... Portions are tiny, spaghetti had way too much pepper and chicken was kind of bones-n-skin only)
