For anyone thinking to buy/rent here, make sure you are as far away from road as possible, and far away from Verdi. Otherwise it will be very noisy because of maintenance.

Overall, this place has the worst management out of all places we lived so far. Everything is done here to pretend they are working on the property and in fact they do as little as possible.

The place is literally falling apart, developer chose the cheapest materials when building it. Bursting pipes, crack in the walls, cracking pavements and the damn annoying double security...

I guess we all be installing the water filter to stop the pipe bursting; better stop the double security so we can get contractor to install those filters.

If water filter could prevent water pipe bursting mean huge pressure drop also mean need to install water pump at shower.

We also have huge coachroaches running everywhere, no rats though (yet).

Anyway, it is only for you if you want to live in overpriced, extremely noisy, coachroach and mosquito infested place with super annoying 2-step security and absolutely no facility.

In fact, my friend journalist is planning to write a big article about this place. No wonder this place is only 1/2 sold, hope they don't sell any more units

nearest to biggest high end supermarket.in Malaysia
and next to one of the biggest international school opening this year.
and nearest to biggest 24hours book store

investment is bound to reap the sow...

own stay dunno... cause I stay in Verdi.. I dunno the situation at daily lifestyle in symphony hills...

Have you visited the actual site yourself? Don’t listen to forum, feel it yourself. I visited few days ago, Schubert looks great, many moved in. By the way, i am owner of Beethoven.

The King Henry international school located opposite Symphy Hills entrance looks really impressive.

Tamarind Square with VG and 24hr bookstore just next to the international school. Actually many cafe, restaurants and offices already moved in and started operation. But Tamarind Sq looks dead from outside coz the proper signage only up before year end. Haha.
