Own stay most probably. I sat beside the malay couple who bidded on the Saturday unit at CIMB Mega Auction.
They lost and I just sembang let them know got another unit available can try at the same price next. But they probably scared of agent and didnt respond and walk away later. Haha.

Still stated master title (hak milik induk).

If that is the case, must check with developer whether they allow direct transfer to your name or not.
If not allowed, then double the cost and time. Gone case.

As comparison, project around Cyberjaya such as Serin Residency, Cristal Serin, Mirage By The Lake, all required double transfer process now.

Anyway, this lelong unit come with 3 combo.
