Guess its the same to every development, the early adopters with cheaper price ended up with incomplete facilities and such. Once people starts to come in and the place is matured, then only you will ended up with better management and facilities.

Then u should complain to Management instead of here.

Lol, when did complaining make anything better? I did complain 2 times, every time it's a standard answer, "we will investigate the opportunity to make it better and will monitor the situation" which in real world means "f off".

And I mean I could be picky about noise (though every resident I spoke to isn't too happy), but mosquito and cockroaches are serious problems that must be addressed by management and I know for a fact that I'm not the only one complaining. And the management is "investigating and monitoring".

All they care about is to sell more units, they don't care about suckers who already bought/rented, why bother?

At lease when I complain here it may make other people who are considering to buy rethink their purchase. You don't see these things until you move in and live here for few months.

JMB doesn't sell units. they are not the developer.

Correct, but as far as I know, JBM manages only the inside. All the stupid flower work and speedbump and so on is done by developer who thinks that is they planted these flowers, suddenly people will start buying. If only they asked people who refused to buy WHY they refuse to buy... Most guests who came to visit us are potential buyers and they mention right away why they wouldn't buy there, no rocket science.

Each Parcel has their own Management and I hope the Management of your parcel would take plight of your comments. However I am curious to know which parcel is experiencing the shortfalls you are mentioning. Please communicate to the committee members or the chairman to kick start some awareness as improvement comes from feedback and action. Hope this helps in your case since you are working from home in which you would definitely encounter around the clock activities within your surroundings.

Suspecting you might be staying in the Schubert or Schumann parcel, some units are facing the main road and it would definitely be more susceptible to road works (if any).

In overall (not taking sides here), I think the landscapes/ flowers done is not entirely stupid. It definitely helps as an effort by the Developer to improve on the landscaping that should be welcomed or encouraged. In fact, it should have been done from the beginning. Obviously it would be to improve the image and to help on their sales but it would be the same by any other development to attract buyers. Hope this is only one of the improvements and more to come. Importantly, the Developer to keep it maintained as well. I guess that is Developer's own obligation to themselves for the image of their projects. Hope some of UEM Developer Reps are reading this!!

Anyway, good prospects for nearby upcoming activities e.g. King Henry VIII College (Assessments and interviews in coming January), Tamarind Square, SRJK © Union in Mar 2018, etc etc...

I bought Island Villa, very nice environment to live in and everything is well maintained. There are 2 phases under construction - Kamares and JOG. While the rest VP-ed.

How much monthly maintainance U need to pay ? R all properties in Setia Eco Glades need to pay maintenance, incl the semiD ?
