Guess its the same to every development, the early adopters with cheaper price ended up with incomplete facilities and such. Once people starts to come in and the place is matured, then only you will ended up with better management and facilities.

are you the owner or just renting?

JMB doesn't sell units. they are not the developer. |

Each Parcel has their own Management and I hope the Management of your parcel would take plight of your comments. However I am curious to know which parcel is experiencing the shortfalls you are mentioning. Please communicate to the committee members or the chairman to kick start some awareness as improvement comes from feedback and action. Hope this helps in your case since you are working from home in which you would definitely encounter around the clock activities within your surroundings. Suspecting you might be staying in the Schubert or Schumann parcel, some units are facing the main road and it would definitely be more susceptible to road works (if any). In overall (not taking sides here), I think the landscapes/ flowers done is not entirely stupid. It definitely helps as an effort by the Developer to improve on the landscaping that should be welcomed or encouraged. In fact, it should have been done from the beginning. Obviously it would be to improve the image and to help on their sales but it would be the same by any other development to attract buyers. Hope this is only one of the improvements and more to come. Importantly, the Developer to keep it maintained as well. I guess that is Developer's own obligation to themselves for the image of their projects. Hope some of UEM Developer Reps are reading this!! Anyway, good prospects for nearby upcoming activities e.g. King Henry VIII College (Assessments and interviews in coming January), Tamarind Square, SRJK © Union in Mar 2018, etc etc...
