Sejati SA just ignored me, I tried to ask at the sales gallery inside the club house, no1 entertain me. Perhaps is my pair of slippers or my T-shirt short pans appearance.

Anyway, I am a happy SEG residence now, luckily they didn't entertain me.

I bought Island Villa, very nice environment to live in and everything is well maintained. There are 2 phases under construction - Kamares and JOG. While the rest VP-ed.
