Good to hear that sales is moving. One of the reason for slow sales was many loan get rejected.

I think u can try to go into ur unit over weekend. Most unit is not locked until they r completed. I went into my beethoven unit many times before VP. Hehe... good to know many purchased for own stay :-) if possible take some photos to show us if u manage to enter.

If there is no guard at the entrance of Mozart u can jus walk in. If there is guard, tell them u r visitor. This is wat I did last time. I drove in not walk in.

Congrats to Beethoven owners. Good design and in good surroundings. Not sure if early investor made money in sub sale market. Anyhow market is slow and price should pick up end 2015 when more people move to CBJ and more amenities are there and nearby like D'Pulze, Chinese Primary School, IOI Putrjaya Mall etc.
