49 units for Schumann 2 --> Fully launched, ~86% SOLD.
65 units for Schubert --> Not fully launched, total is more than 65 (?), 89% SOLD for launched unit.
78 units for Beethoven --> Fully launched, ~85% SOLD.

correct?

It's not right for me to judge, how about we put it that way.

Developer has cancelled the rebate and reducing the extras given as units getting lesser, this shows that they are not in rush and confident that even without promotion the demand will still be there.

We expect after a few more units sold, no discount will be given at all.

Quite impressive. Especially the "flip" value is very less upon VP.

Heard from my banker, many yuppies, high profile buyers like so & so sons are buyers of SH ( but didn't ask the type of properties they bought). Even though I am not the owner of SH but happy for you guys ..... Your area will be very exclusive in the future...

Oh yes.. i've seen shinebr8 posts. If I am not mistaken, both of you are Beethoven owners right?

It would be good to have more of other landed house owners in SH so that we can share thoughts on the common areas at least.

I did visit the site a month ago and they've only laid the foundation. I am assuming that they are yet to sell some units in that block.

one thing i dont like is the entrance of the school is too near to the entrance of SH, maybe a bit dangerous if turn in from the main road to SH.

may get key in few months time, no hurry for me. so far not very happy with the landscaping of Beethoven, already wrote to UEM to complain, waiting for response.... zzzz

any one has email for UEM CEO?
