Missrina, is UEM going to build SOHO in SH? Any bungalow?

QUOTE(missrina @ Nov 2 2013, 09:38 AM)
Most probably next year, with a lot of surprises... no worries, developer will still keep it attractive.

SOHO yes, Bungalow maybe. The bungalow suppose to be at the back of the Beethoven, on the higher ground, but the developer have yet to confirm whether they will proceed with the idea.

But for the SOHO, yes, it is confirm, only details not come out yet.

Ya, am aware of that. Plan to check it out.

CBJ is growing. More shops opening. Hopefully, some malls will open soon. Reputable and well known developers are building residential areas although somewhat expensive. It wasn't like that 5 years ago. It was quite dead then.

I still don't know many colleagues who stay in CBJ. Those who stay are short term contractors or non-local fresh grads with no cars. Don't know any local families who stay here. Partly coz most already bought their homes in known townships (PJ, Shah Alam, Setia Alam, KL, etc). Oh yeah, some companies give travel allowance; hence ppl don't mind driving to work here.

It will take more time, I think, for CBJ to become an established city. I do see its potential though. The infrastructure is already here. Just need some "oomph" to make it happen. smile.gif

Are u looking for own stay or invest?

When The Arc n Dpulze is ready, student population will grow first. The rest will follow...

Erm, I like SH resort concept and I think Sunrise/UEM developer has more experienced on condo development/mgmt. Just my opinion.
If I'm not mistaken, Cristal is cheaper psf but bigger size? Hence the total coz is >$600k?

This was also the reason I picked SH. And also lower density for the landed.
