I still don't know why they used cow grass around d canal! Looks cheap.
Went today,I think the landscape needs to improve,plants turning pale n not v green. |

Yes, UEM needs to enhance the landscaping n it is very empty in btw units. My agent has helped me to pass the message to upper management. I will write directky to UEM if no improvement near to VP. Wat is the alternative to cow grass? Many high profile buyers in Beethoven. Think they will make noise if the final product is not up to their expectation.

Our company did provide services of land mapping last 4 years before they acquire the land. Their landscaping concept it very good. |

Cow grass is not acceptable !
I would suggest Japanese grass , is easier to maintain and no need trimming ! |

This photo is filipine grass which is nice. But around common area like canal is cow grass,thick n cheap looking like our school field.
Manage to go in,d workmanship is 5 star,so good. Pity about d cow grass n maintainance  |

only 5 units of townhouses. sold out long long ago. the available are Schumann 2 & Schubert.
