i'm not sure bro... i not into salty, only fresh instead... but its actually personal preferance... been using stren from beginning... power pro pun ok... tried spiderwire before also... looking forward to try lemax... tried also before one Japanese brand so damn expensive IGFA rate colour2 one can't remember what brand, quite good also... but i second with bro rory to use YGK for salty.. depending on your game as well lar...

im using fins for my 20lb braided line. so far so good. but kinda pricy yo.

yea the YGK color color line been using so many years liao still good... but i take care of it la... after every salty trip i'll remove the line from the spool and pass through fresh water la..

6lb fishing ON!!!!..... need to go buy cheap lures first incase line putus.

Semangat betul la lu olang...i was fishing halfway and bro viox called me asking apa macam then after that bro inv gtalk me asking me game or no game exotic 6lbs UL challange.

Here's a mini field report:

Ended up in jurassic instead of exotic this morning. Wanna perform opening ceremony and test new gear so better fish at somewhere i'm familiar with. Toman was very willing to bite during the early hours and manage to hookup 5 in a row but only 1 landed while the rest all lucut in front of me...no idea why seems like this is happening quite frequently these days. Toman all hookup using minnow except for the 6th one which practically ripped my sp, hook and sinker off. All this happened at the back part near the house.

SP is still the best lure to use with the least amount of effort to work it. Got plenty of misses on SP too and fishes ain't as ferocious as normal days as they are very gentle when they take your sp. I had to make sure that there is indeed weight at the end of the line before i rembat it. It's like when you fish for siakap you wanna make sure it's swallowed whole inside before you set the hook with. Maybe it's the weather coz there's a dark overcast the entire morning and it started to drizzle when i was leaving.

Overall the result is simply marbelous considering i have a fair amount of hookup for toman which is basically my all time prime target. Furthermore me new gears ROX!!! albeit a big freaking hole in the wallet...
