hm...sometimes i hv the feeling of competing but i noe that is day dreaming haha...

is not easy i guess, because require commitment, strict discipline and sacrifice some time.. This is my opinion.. maybe Kmaru can share with us on this..

Never see him lately..

man, i hate cardio but im doing it everyday after my weight session.. 15 minutes will do, either on treadmill or step up machine (if im not mistaken hw it named)

sometimes i do complex workout, still depends on moods.

woo? ok... i usually go 1 minute slow and 1 minute max speed then 1 minute slow and max again... repetition... how u do it

oh no wonder then, i used to that when i was fat.. now no longer facing this problem but still sweat a lot if workout hehe..

i can make a puddle of sweat !! especially last time when hvg training for competition haha..

Sometimes, they flirt with the PT and makes u very irritated and annoyed by their giggle zzzzz............

I made my own record, maybe it doesnt sounds too heavy to u guys.

I deadlifted 180kg for 2 reps, wanted to go for extra one but totally no more grip..

guys, want to ask anyone experience this.

During the recent break, i didnt workout for the few days, 3-4 days i guess.

Then, i didnt take any protein shake or strict diet. I just eat like normal then i lose 4kg... Zzz... anyone experience this? its sad that i lost weight instead of losing fat sad.gif

try to consult chiropractor. Maybe u will feel better.

My friend went for acupuncture, he said he feels better and the pain is not there.
