good... I train leg on monday n how, i cant hardly sit on the toilet bowl =="

my glutes hurt and calves as well, walk like robot lol..

I tried out a few pre wo b4 but it doesnt seems to work for me... I dun have any feeling. I saw ppl mentioned they are feeling so pump and last so long in they gym. I wonder how its feel. I can workout up to 2.5 hours plus include cardio which i believe that workout too long tongue.gif

in term of pump, proper form can giv a good pump hhehe please share your preworkout experience here..

Maybe i can try another one?
i tried GAT, hemo, sizeon...

btw, is VS gym is the best gym in ipoh? any super big guy there? last time i hv 2 friend there... powerlifter @@" but super big size... not fat but muscle..
I cant recall whats their name, but one name Raj... one chinese one chindian..

those guy is huge, i only saw him take off shirt once in the gym, a bit look like terry... i mean body.. 4 packs, weight 95++ if im not mistaken...

I'm bulking @@" reaching 90kg soon from 82kg.. 2.5 weeks...

i on light to see everything and not under perfect light...

lighting can make u look ripped and big tongue.gif

2 plates 8 reps bt still struggling... Jz being brain wash by my partner to try 3 plate to feel hw heavy it is... only 1 rep and not perfect form and spotted by partner.. disappointed lol... maybe nex month try again..

I dun squat heavy as well >.<

I jz did my squat yest 3plates + 1 10lbs.. i can see ppl squat real heavy. wondering how to go heavier hmm.gif hmm.gif

I dont know how to start it so i jz straight to the point.

How to maintain breast mass or size when working out? I ask behalf of my girl's friend. It get smaller so any way to maintain or even get it more firm?
