i still have prob to sort my diet, especially when i just add protein shake. should i just take after workout, or should i take it daily? and guys, how many scoops did u take each time? i already feel very full with 1 scoop.

guys, idk why, but since i start taking myofusion, im having prob urinating, by means i frequently need to go to the toilet, and the urine doesn't flow normally. sorry but i think this is the right place to ask. is it normal?

yesterday was my back day. my back are totally exhausted. DOMS!
btw, i just tried having protein shakes an hour before going to gym. it kind of give me boost and stay energetic for the whole session.

OT: bro darkie, i think i saw you from far in MJ last night, wearing black. if that's you, i must say you are totally lean. great figure! biggrin.gif

now i don't mix it with milk. budget lari. hahaha. i take it 2 times a day, 250ml each. so 1 liter of milk will only last 2 days. plain water cheaper. laugh.gif

btw, hows banana? taste good?

tons of guys in my gym have big arms, but also, big belly. hahaha. why the hell they don't train their whole body. there is 1 guy with big arms, but no chest at all, flat chest.super funny. biggrin.gif

lol. i don't like gloves, but lifting weights makes my hand texture super coarse... btw, talkin bout db, the heaviest that i can find in my gym is 40kg. the old folks love em.

i was amazed at the gym today. an uncle (i think around 50), with normal old guy body, doing 480lbs for leg press, smiling! almost all guys at the gym stopped to take a look at that uncle.

believe it or not, there are some type of guys that build only their upper body, majorly chest and bicep, and don't even train their legs. i saw a guy in my gym, well defined chest, big arms, but super thin legs with no definition of muscle. and he does NOT train his legs. weird!
