yeah. i prefer eating potatoes as my carb source. smile.gif rice is just a complimentary part of the meal for me now.

that is a serious meal!

today's sehri, i can only manage to eat a scoop of rice and 3 fried eggs, to avoid the stone-alike fried chicken.

yep. if not, i will feel extremely terrible during the workout. btw, the 4 packs are getting clearer. otw of removing the fat to get the other 2. cardio is such a b*tch when fasting. sad.gif

guys, yesterday when i try to do dumbell tricep extension, my elbow feel pain. idk why it happen. should i stop or just bare the pain?

if under 6% of BF, the abs should totally pop out. at least the shape is there.
