guys, i don't know if im doing the right change for my routine. before this i included incline bicep curl in my routine. but now i've replaced that with preacher curl. is this a wise decision?

maybe powerlifter care bout weights. i don't. i care more on how my body changed. i will definitely not ashamed if my body can be shaped by doing light weights. focus and form is the first thing. smile.gif

lol. why everybody thinks that im the one doing the bench. i can't lift heavy for bench bro. laugh.gif

btw razor, the position of the places is like this. klang > shah alam > subang > pj. klang pj is pretty far, depending on which part of klang mikehuan is. smile.gif
