Ground chicken for the rest of the week. That's around 50 chicken breasts(butterfly). 7 meals a day. Saving a shit load. And I only took around 2 hours to cook them.

Ran out of beef mate. Only going to the market tomorrow Morning.

I'm not sure how much 50 breasts exactly costs me, I get them on a weekly basis, around 6 -7 packets each time. Amount of breasts in there varies from 6 - 8 per pack. Costs me around 120- 140 each time.

Just chop all everything, and marinate with a little bit of soy sauce(organic stuff, labelled amino acids) and some salt. And that's it.

You need 4000calories to gain weight
You need 3500calories to maintain

If you dont take your whey, then you will have 3400calories. If you eat extra, and your daily intake is at 3500 calories, then NO, you will not.
If you dont take your whey, and you dont bother eating, then yes.

Just an example.

Any of ya'll visit a chiro ? Ever? Thought of paying a visit to a good one, maybe once a month, just to make sure everything is in place. besides, my knees and back are aching a little.

Having such a bad start of the week, cant wait to get to the gym later to just forget about stuff for a little while. Back and bi's today.

At my gym, our dbs only go up to 60lbs. There's only so much you can row at 60lbs.

More like "Hi, boleh tak saya guna kejap" for this equipment, for that equipment. "Hai lo hai lo" ,nods and smile to uncle telling me stuff, "Tak de la, saje buat syok" at another uncle ask me to wear a belt if I go heavy on my tricep work. My goodness. Most of the time my cortisol levels go up even more. Hopefully, an empty gym tonight.

Give DTP a try. Dramatic Transformation Principle.

10 sets
50 rep light weight
40 rep increase
30 rep increase
20 rep heavy
10 rep heaviest
10 rep heaviest
20 rep heavy
30 rep decrease
40 rep decrease
50 rep decrease

do it for antagonistic muscle groups.
bis and tris( curls and skull crushers)
chest & back ( db press and db rows)

Supersets style 50 reps curls supersetted wit 50 reps of crushers.get the idea?

You can try just single exercise and rest 30 seconds between sets. or you can challenge yourself and go for the superset and rest 1 minute.

For legs, you can try extension and leg curls.

Shoulder Press and Shrugs

Leg Press(single exercise)

Honestly speaking, why is HIT not that popular? I dont swear by them, but I dont despise them

Had back and bi's. By the time I was hitting bi's , my forearm was so feeling so pump, I can't feel shit in my biceps. Disrupted the rest of the workout. I kept stretching and massaging it, nothing bloody worked. Cortisol levels definitely went up. Stressed. Argh

I only use straps for the last set. Only when it's the heaviest and my muscles are fatigued.
