QUOTE(razorboy @ Oct 24 2011, 02:41 PM) What I understand from conversing with you the other day is that by messing with you macros on a long term basis, your body has kind of adapted to having a high activity level day and a low activity level day. Carbs remain your primary fuel but since when you don't train( majority days of the week) you go on deficit, your fat is being utilized even more as your fuel. Adaptation of the diet and the revving of the metabolism from the training that runs for hours, and as long as 2 maybe 3 days considering the kind of intensity your training goes by. Apart from that, I've got nothing. Lol That makes sense. I had to read it twice. I'm still stupid. Waiting for my meal to cook. Zzz...

Something macho about swallowing a shitload of pills.

Something feels wrong from my point of view. Lol. That's why I've taken ast for half a year now. Seems that anavite has a bit of steam in it. Like a pre w/o thing, that's what I heard.

Apart from that, I've got nothing. Lol If I may chip in here a little. Body can run on both fuel i.e. Carbs and Fat. Fueling workout with fat is ideal for workout under 1 hour. Anything longer, you are gonna need carbs. Almost any form of cardio will require carbs as energy source. From my personal experience, when I made the switch to fat about 2 years ago, things got a lot easier. Body will learn how to utilize fat as fuel. It took me about 2 months getting out of years and years my body kept relying on carbs. Once body adjusted, its just like an internal switch when there is low carb, body utilizes and burn fat without needing any form of cardio. Lines and cuts starts appearing. Cheats dont really affect you that much anymore. There is a theory behind this but I'll save it for another day, as it is this post getting too long

Guys , everytime after I do leg presses around 40-80 kg 4 sets 8-12 reps , my legs get really weak and when I try to do leg extensions and squats after that , my legs get really wobbly and it feels like a gush of blood pumped into my brain causing me 2 get giddy and nauseaus . Why is this happening to me ? I did my warmups of 10 minute cardio and light presses before getting into my sets .

Of course you're gonna feel dizzy if you hit them hard. Also, I'm curious, fellas (and ladies). Do you guys prefer to start a chest workout with a flye movement or a press?
