I take omega 3 egg.. i prefer that one hehe... my housemate bought the 30 eggs and i found it taste quite funny compare to the omega3..

i try to save but most of my money goes to food and supplement.. >.<"
i still happy because at least i see some result. I'll be very angry if my diet screw up because feel very wasteful... guess everyone is the same... |

er... I just bought last week in the local store, tesco or the store shall have...
Just the taste a bit different.. HL milk can get around 4.99 when promotion normal price shud be 5.50+- this one is new product so i jz try out... I alwiz mix with my shake so the taste is the same... |

I prefer low fat
yup... I only take 3 spoon of oat in the morning and if im too hungry or looking for more flavourish food, i'll go for economy rice... but 3-4 spoon... This diet only going to last for one month because i try to shred off some fat.. Weekend i'll eat like normal bt still low carb high protein.. |

im working already... so, some grocery my mum still buy because weekend i'll be back to my hometown as week day im away from home..
supplement wise, some time i pay some time they still pay because she said, "dont use ur money, use mine" haha... my dad quite supportive because he went to gym as well... so he ask me buy supplement also.. I'm happy during bulking haha... i eat whatever i want but still watch for the fat and calorie... no fried food or too oily... sometime 2 chicken per day |

currently, myo n animal pak only.. finish my hemorage and m-stak...
others like fish oil, glucosamine , bcaa.. Yesterday i went to weight myself, i already lost 4kg since last week. Actually is a bad news because im losing size.. Maybe need to take up extra carb in my current diet.. |

i guess thats normal... a couple of day back, i met a friend who i last seen 6 months ago.. we met at gym back then.
So, that night he is like staring at me and said "whoa, how come so big size? cucuk ka?" i was like zzz..... almost the people i met, always said "cucuk ka".. even the place where i buy my chicken also asking... |

1. Lunges 2. back squat 3. leg press 4. leg extension/curl 5. front squat Am i doing enuf ? |

walk like hanging around... squat i usually go for 12 reps then 8 for my workout set... 3 workout set for squat..

Mine seated db shoulder press 4 working set standing lateral raise db 4 working set front delt db 4 set rear delt db 4 set lateral raise with cable 2 set, 2nd set till failure upright row so, i still continue with tricep somehow close grip, skull crusher and tricep extension move to abs then 10 minutes on threadmill I workout quite long, always 1.5 -2 hours Done *duno some of the name of the workout |
