atcually, that was part of it, mind muscle connetion is kinda hard to explain... the best way to "experience" mind muscle connection is when you train your back, and since that you cant see how your muscle contract and expand like say, training your biceps, you need to "visuallize" the muscle contract and expand... which is why im sticking to a program for months on, i still achieved the same level of soreness each and every time... if you lose focus on the connection, you'll have a bad workout...

you should ask your fren this "how is your chest muscles feel when doing a bench press?" if he said "dont know?" or "i can't feel anything" , might as well just back to square one... learn to "feel" it... technique, form, and correct weight won't do jack if you can't feel it...
