I guess. It's a major mindscrew because I'm 17 kilos lighter. I haven't taken a pose like that a long time and I was pleasantly surprised. It's fun eating triple burgers, pizzas, KFC, banana leaf rice and ice cream and still maintain vascularity. I find the less strict and the more I eat, the more I get cut. It's a nice paradox, I'd rather not question the good fortune. And no I rarely get stretch marks. =P

=) My skin has always had no problems. If I tell you in my 32 years of life i've only had 6 pimples. Getting stretch marks from biceps though. I wanna be ripped like you mate.

That's kind of a gross exagerration bro. My metabolism is just crazy with even 5-6 meals daily. As long as your cal intake is within reasonable limits, I agree that the average person shouldn't cheat as much as me.

The mistake some people make is using hyoertrophy training as a form of weight loss. It just doesn't work that way. I've once increased my volume so much yet my bodyfat was high. Used to follow some juicers in their workouts. Sadly, now as my goals change, and I take most of my training tips from an ultra ripped guy from my gym, they don't talk to me anymore. Lol they'll be going mostly barbells and dumbbells, I camp at the cable station for the whole
arm workout.

Same stuff I do all the time. Except lower reps and lower volume. Workouts last half an hour.

No, I haven't. My last recorded squats was on youtube 355 x 8-10 i think. Everytime I sit down on a chair with a posture like leaning my elbows on my knees casually and I get up, it hurt and i need to stiffen myself in a duck like poster for half a minute. It hurts so bad. Pedro has seen me in those episodes before.
Seriously damn the ego moment on deadlifts. There are so many things i regret in my early training days.
