2 months ago was around 50kg , currently doing half gomad (2 liter full cream milk daily) + workout , near 57kg now

Sucks to be you then. My office have a gym that people barely used, although can only use after office hour till 7.

During weekends or holidays, I can pick a few pay per entry gym around my house. They are usually only RM5/entry and below.

Need some help guys,

Recently I've been intensifying my abs workout and I have very sharp pain in the marked area.

This usually happens after my ab-wheel exercise. If I just do light abs crunches or leg raises tak rasa sakit lak.

My gym senior says I might have injured or torn some muscle there, so he advice to avoid any intense abs exercises. What do you think?

My chest has always respond well to the workouts. My abs yang very the degil. Hahaha

Personally I think you're already in nice shape if you used to be fat. Maybe work more on the arms and abs? And dont forget legs.

If you can provide back and side pics would be better though.
