I have a lot of fat around my tummy >.<" I try to get rid of it and its been few months haha... thats why i said im fat...

working hard on my lower chest, also shoulder... been training hard in this 2 part..

I will do my best.

I've been stop training my back due to injury. I cant do pull up nor lat pull down. Now what i do is, one arm row, seated row and deadlift. All very light because the pain is there.

I try to bring up my trap and middle back but i guess there's not much improvement on that part. What will be the ideal workout for that?

Im doing barbell shrug (shoulder length) from front and back. Db shrug, side. Then close grip upright row.

How heavy u will go for it? I mean, will u go for the heaviest or jz the normal weight which u can go higher reps?

Alpha, do you feel hungry always? I'm always hungry lol... just like a moment ago, i ate my lunch at 12 ( 3-4 spoon of rice, green bean with tofu, 2 piece boil chicken breast, one handful brocolli) and now im starving again...

another 15 minutes for my another meal biggrin.gif~~~

Hahaha.... i just want to stay around 80-85kg.. not bigger that anymore... because myself not really tall, make me look kinda weird when wearing tshirt..

My pants is getting tight as well, nt my waist bt my calves n thigh.. i bet u face this kind of situation before...
