I'm waiting for loan approval. Just booked a unit. There's a few units left cos of loan cancelled.

I'm worried la, im spending 869 for a house, i didnt get to see the finishing, the material of the house (tiles, bathrooms etc) so any heads up will be greatly appreciated.

I dont know to be honest, im bumi btw....i called and lucky thing got cancelled unit.. try and give them a call and see...do u guys know about the material of the house? is it worth the price of 869k?! haha

Yeah 869k is before disc..no44, jalan something i cant remember 13B! I can t imagine the place yet as i never been there before...but i am convinced enough to buy it because everyone says its the best location because its in front of the mall but like i said im still worried about the quality...now still waiting for loan approval.

Anyone has the master plan of Alam Nusantara?

I was interested in a house at Ayu Prima, facing the main road and can see the 3 storey house from there. Opposite there is an empty land, not sure what is that for, the agent said it's for SMK but I don't think so.
