QUOTE(ic3joker @ Jul 7 2011, 01:45 PM) yes. in cm7 is like on "other os" with 1ghz cpu. (please no war ) .. .. i think no one in this world can guarantee any device that will not lag(even Mr. J). for me "other os" will lag too(if you really want to compare ). it is depend on how the user optimize their device. That other 'OS' also lags in places, just that the UI does try to hide lagginess by showing flashy splash screens and pretty graphics transitions. I remember having about 200 apps on my other 'OS' tablet (first gen model) and experiencing massive lagginess everytime I tried to go into the settings screen, for one.

don't think too many apps on your phone will cause any lag unless you run out of storage space.
too many RUNNING apps on your phone though will probably lag your phone. or services such as Skype or updaters

Maybe too many services (e.g. Skype) running at the same time will affect us? too many services and start up programs will slow down the phone. But having 99999+ apps installed won't (as long as they aren't background service and start up programs). Linux doesn't have legacy windows registry. That's the beauty of it

The easiest way is to flash via CWM, which has already been explained a few posts up. if you want to flash via odin, 1. Put the pit512 file into the pit slot. 2. Put the modem file into the modem slot. 3. Switch your phone to downloading mode (volume down+home+power) 4. Connect phone to computer 5. Press start

QUOTE(fishtail @ Jul 7 2011, 01:02 PM) Just don't interchange CWM modem package and odin modem package. They won't work on one another. IMO, it is safer using CWM modem package. I haven't tried flashing modem odin package alone before.
