anyone using 3.2 custom rom??which rom is the best?

Can the Iconia A501 (3g) model make phone calls on stock rom?

Otherwise, can the custom rom do it?

all 3g tab so far don't have phone module
except samsung galaxy tab 7"
3g for data only

i noticed that in taboonay 2.0, mine not laggy anymore. not like taboonay 1.07 i used before. nice

3.2 got 3g support? cause most rom i try, no 3g support that's why i go back to 3.1

btw, im using thor rom and kernel, so far so good, its based on 3.1 thrive rom.

y need 3g support when iconia doesnt even support 3g? just curios? for usb modem ke?

just the rom doen't include the 3g fix patch only as most of the people doesn't need it
but, you can install the 3g patch yourself

Yes right just install the 3g patch zip to have usb modem working. countercheck modem model compatibility with the list given by developer. most huawei modem will work. i tested only my own unit from celcom

ok, i will try taboonay rom then after this, thor rom got 3g, but its 3.1 so 3.2 i will test taboonay and download 3g fix.

at least can have mobile internet via 3g with the tablet.

try OC it to 1.4ghz, it is pretty smooth

Good morning everyone,need your guys help,can I ask why I can't access my recovery mode?
When I follow the page 1instruction,I install the Acer recovery installer,then run the app,I see my install rom:unknown stock or custom rom.
Then I restart my tablet while pressing volume down and power button,manage to see the splash screen with white wording but till I see Android cartoon,it load for a while then show a sign of error on the android stomach.it there any problem?thank you in. Advance

Press down the vol button ( near the power switch ) and press the power button. You will see ACER splash screen and some small white words appearing at the top. Let go both buttons. The tab will boot into recovery mode

If you see the android logo - you have overshot. Try gain

that is because u haven install clockwork recovery..U can do it in Acer recovery apps..remember to backup the stock recovery..

but i press the both,then i see acer splash screen and small white words...then i see gear on android stomach,then rotate for awhile,then got error on android stomach....

that is bcoz u still using the stock recovery..

then what can i do?i already install the acer recovery installer,then when i click to install clockworkmod recovery,it said "superuser not detected" HOW!!!
