how to install the official honeycomb 3.1??flash with recovery??

previously i have a problem with wifi connection using the official leak 3.1 ..after i connected to MCD wifi..then reach home canot connect to any wifi adi..end up i have to flash to picasso.but there is a problem that i saw my tab suddenly auto reboot@@
