Just now went to Sunway Pyramid try my luck to get the phone, but the sales girl told me no stock, then I asked back her then why you still standing at here to promote the phone even the phone is not available, she replied she got no choice, just follow the company rules. Damn kesian that girl keep standing there and promote a phone that is not available, damn funny.

Usually I'd lean towards buying out a phone than getting stuck in a contract, but if you calculate the total ownership cost of the phone including data, Maxis' 1.5gb 24months contract is a very good deal. To avoid running around and looking for parking, what'd be the best way for me to approach Maxis in order to get a unit asap?

You got no choice, called to maxis center, every officer will give you different answer. Told me the stock is running out for whole Malaysia, but heard my friend today got stock arrive in Pyramid...., so could you believe them?? I decided to wait till Sunday and try again if no stock again, I'm going to end my 11years relationship with Maxis and switch to Digi for the HTC Sensation.

So running around trying my luck would be the only choice if I wanted to get on Maxis? Digi has horrible service in my area.

Honestly before this phone, never try root. scary at first.

I tried super one click. Easy. done in 5 minutes. follow the steps n u can never go wrong.

Heard supercurio 3 is the easiest.

Question: Using the samsung keypad is there away to disable the "typing" sound? so far only swype has that option.. any ideas?

Supercurio is the easier way. But Chainfire will provide you the nandroid backup function which is very useful. Can backup and restore all your apps, data, contacts, SMS and etc with just one click

maxis klcc just called me to *collect* my sgs2 tmw around 10am... woohooo!!!!!!!

Just remember to do the *#0*# check and take some photo to check have any color spot when you collect your phone.

wats the bolded part for ar?? color spot i presume is on the camera piece that got pink spot punya rite??

camera pink spot can flash firmware..you need to check other defect...
